Terms of Use
Website terms and separate product license
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Uni-Amp website (the "Site"). They cover the Site itself, including browsing, support links, documentation, and general site usage.
These website terms do not replace or modify the license for the downloadable software. If you are looking for the software license, see the separate Download License page and the license files included with the download.
1. Website use
The Site is provided for product information, documentation, support, download links, community links, and related communications. You may use the Site for lawful personal or business purposes related to evaluating, downloading, or supporting Uni-Amp.
You shall not interfere with or disrupt the Site, attempt unauthorized access to systems connected to the Site, use automated scraping or abusive requests that burden the Site, submit unlawful or infringing material, or use the Site to violate the rights of others. Site content may be changed, removed, or updated at any time.
2. Website content
Unless otherwise noted, website content is provided by Max-Axiom. You may view and use it for ordinary personal or business purposes related to the Site. Do not copy, republish, or commercially exploit website content in a way that suggests it is yours or that Max-Axiom endorses your use.
3. Third-party links
The Site may link to independent services, communities, downloads, or documentation. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. A link does not mean that Max-Axiom controls or endorses the linked service.
4. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." Max-Axiom does not promise that the Site will always be available, accurate, complete, secure, or free of errors. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
5. Changes or suspension
We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time. We may also restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, its users, or our rights.
6. Contact information

7. Download license
The downloadable software is governed by its separate Download License page and the license and attribution files included with the download. These website terms do not replace those product-specific terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Marion County, Oregon, for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
