End User License Agreement
These terms apply to your use of this website and to Uni-Amp (the "Software"). By purchasing or using the Software, you agree to this agreement.

1. Grant of license
Subject to a one-time payment of the license fee, the Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to:
The Software is provided as a full project distribution (for example, a Unity project folder). It includes editable source files, scripts, and other assets from the Licensor, together with third-party materials (including components under the MIT License or other permissive licenses). Some third-party components may be included only as compiled libraries (for example, .dll files) and remain subject to their respective licenses as described in Section 4.
- Use the software for the development of an unlimited number of commercial or non-commercial end-products (e.g., games or applications).
- Modify and use the Licensor’s provided source files, scripts, and other editable project materials for the purpose of integration into said end-products, in compliance with Section 4 for any third-party compiled components.
- Distribute the software only as a compiled component of an end-product (e.g., as part of an .exe or .apk).
2. Restrictions
The User shall not:
- Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the source code or raw assets of this software, in whole or in part, as a standalone product or as part of a "template" or "asset pack."
- Make the source code available in a public repository (e.g., public GitHub).
3. Ownership & royalties
Ownership: The Licensor retains all intellectual property rights, title, and interest in the software. This license is a grant of use, not a transfer of ownership.
No royalties: This is a royalty-free license. The User owes no further compensation or percentage of revenue to the Licensor for end-products created using this software.
4. Third-party licenses (attribution)
This software contains components licensed under the MIT License or other permissive licenses.
5. Limitation of liability
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software.
6. Payments & Refunds
Purchases and payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Their checkout, receipts, and payment terms apply to the transaction.
No refunds. All fees for digital products (including Uni-Amp) are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you lose any statutory or voluntary right of withdrawal for digital content once delivery or access has begun, where applicable law allows, and that you will not receive a refund except where the Licensor is legally required to provide one.
7. Termination
The Licensor may suspend or revoke your access to the Software, updates, or related services if the Licensor reasonably believes you have breached these terms, including through piracy, unauthorized distribution, or other misuse. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and destroy any copies not permitted to be retained under applicable law.
